The Teso Timber Growers Project is a community-driven tree planting initiative led by Mr. Stephen Asalu in Soroti District, Uganda. The goal is to establish a two-acre commercial tree plantation.

ASALU STEPHEN is the organizer of this fundraiser.
The Teso region faces severe deforestation and limited job opportunities for young people. This
project aims to address both issues by planting trees that restore soil fertility and providing
employment to five youth in the community. In the long term, the project will generate income from
timber sales while promoting environmental conservation.
